To cancel orders please notify Customer Care within 2 hours of ordering. Please note, it may not be possible to cancel orders if a cancellation is requested on a weekend or bank holiday.

We endeavour to do all that we can to hope you love your purchase however if you're not quite happy with your purchase you can of course return this to us within 14 days of receipt, ensuring the tags and hygiene strips are still attached. Our team will carry out checks on all items returned.

We aim to process your return within 14 working days of receipt, however in exceptionally busy periods (such as during sales) this may take up to 28 days.
